Samsung I9001 Galaxy S Plus, Mengusung Platform Android 2.3 Plus Layar Super AMOLED

Jajaran spesifikasi yang akan dibawa Galaxy S Plus di antaranya prosesor 1.4GHz Snapdragon buatan Qualcomm.
Nah, dengan tertancapnya chip Qualcomm MSM8255T di dalam Galaxy S Plus tidak hanya menjadikannya sebagai ponsel berprosesor single-core berkecepatan 1.4 GHz. Namun, menurut pihak Qualcomm, smartphone ini juga mengkonsumsi sumber daya sekecil prosesor berkecepatan 1 GHz. Chipset ini juga akan berjalan bersama dengan GPU Adreno 205.
Galaxy S Plus akan menjalankan OS Android 2.3 Gingerbread dengan suguhan layar sentuh kapasitif berukuran 4 inchi super-AMOLED, sisanya sama seperti varian Galaxy S yang lain. Fitur konektivitasnya mencakup Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, dan GPS.
Smartphone Android ini, seperti dikutip PULSAonline via situs resmi Samsung di Rusia, dilaporkan mulai dipasarkan pada bulan Mei di Rusia dengan banderol sekitar 21.990 rubbles ($781) atau sekitar Rp6,8 juta-an.
